Vermont Adventure Tours Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit secures your space in a course. We reserve the right to change or cancel the course at any time. If the course is canceled by VAT, participants will receive a refund of their deposit. No other fees will be paid to cover expenses of participants. Participants will receive a full refund of their deposit if they cancel with at least 7 days notice given to VAT.
No refunds will be given within 7 days of the course for any other reason.
A Word About the Dangers of Adventure Activities:
All adventure related activities involve risk. We take every step possible to minimize those risks. Our instructors are highly trained professionals, certified in Wilderness First Aid and technical skills. Even so, accidents that result in injury or death are possible. Please be informed of these risks by reading our Liability Waiver. Even if you don't go with us, please seek qualified instruction.
